Dr. Hsu is the associated professor of Neurology Department of Kaohsiung Medical University. He received medical degree at the Kaohsiung Medical University, Dr. Hsu was the research fellow at Scottish National sleep center, Edinburgh, UK. He got his PhD at Department of Medicine, the University of Edinburgh, UK. He is the current president of Taiwan society of sleep medicine, director of Kaohsiung Medical University sleep center and Tele-health care center.
